RH-Beam Connecting Rods

RH-Beam stands for reinforced H-beam. H-beam design is very popular due to the good strength and affordable price. The RH-beam is a stronger design based on H-beam from BW engineers. It’s designed for the enthusiasts who preferred H-beam rather than an I-beam without any compromise on performance. It suits for high horsepower and torque. The reinforced straight H-section, stronger structure, and enlarged mating surface make it capable of extreme loading.

EPR H-BEAM CONNECTING RODS

EPR Series are BW flagship series. 

In 2010, BW introduced the EPR flagship series. It’s a brand new designed H-Beam. Over the last decade, BW had made numerous developments and improvements. Now it features more advanced technologies with no additional cost.

Epr-design Forged Crankshaft

EPR Series are BW flagship series.

Based on 10+ years crankshaft manufacture experience, BW introduced the EPR-DESIGN Forged crankshaft in 2013. It carries all the benefits that billet has, but with lighter weight and stronger structure.

  • 100% 4-axis CNC profiling 
  • Special Knife-edge counter weight for reducing resistance at high RPM
  • V-style lightening holes machined by 5-axis CNC

– Standard in premium AISI4340
– Upgrade to EN40B at an additional cost
– Upgrade centerline gundrill hole for super light weight at an additional cost.

Forged Crankshaft

Forged crankshaft is common manufacturing method for many crankshaft, however we put many important element into this traditional method to meet high performance applications, such as:

  • Crack detect on forging and finished components
  • Multi-step in house heat treatment process, including core harden, stress relief and nitriding
  • Precision machining process by advanced technologies, from 2-Axis to 5-Aaxis CNC machines
  • Accurate grinding process
  • 3M advanced technology abrasive for micro-polishing journals

– Standard in premium AISI4340
– Upgrade to EN40B at an additional cost
– Upgrade centerline gundrill hole for super light weight at an additional cost.
